August 8, 2019 — Baseline Corporation is pleased to announce its recent affiliation with Shine & Associates Inc., a land surveying company headquartered in Silsbee, Texas.
Shine & Associates was founded and established in 1956 by Darrell Shine, LSLS, RPLS. Nedra Foster, LSLS, RPLS became president of Shine & Associates in 2004. For Shine & Associates, land surveying is more than merely earning a living—their legacy has propagated throughout the State of Texas with a love for the land, the outdoors, and the land surveying profession. This passion continues to resonate today. Shine & Associates, now having an affiliation with Baseline Corporation, will continue to specialize in land boundary surveying, coastal boundaries, gradient boundaries, surveying of state land, and other land surveying statewide.
Led by President, Nedra Foster Townsend, LSLS, RPLS, Shine & Associates continues to be a majority woman-owned Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).
