Steve has more than 36 years of progressive experience managing and performing numerous types of survey projects throughout Texas. Baseline Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Binkley & Barfield, Inc. and provides surveying and mapping expertise to a growing list of clients in both the public and private work sectors.
